Only three ingredients, but thanks to the clever addition of onion soup mix this recipe doesn't shy away from savory flavor. Whether over egg noodles or rice, this savory, saucy dinner will be a big hit.

1 pound beef tenderloin tips
1 can (10.75 ounce size) mushroom soup (not cream soup)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/4 cup water
Place the tenderloin tips in the crock pot. In a bowl, combine the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water and stir until well mixed.
Pour the soup mixture over the meat and stir gently to combine.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
Serve the meat and gravy over cooked noodles or rice.
