1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 pounds top sirloin or flank steak
Mix first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Place steak in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade and turn to coat well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
