Steak With Mushroom Onion Sauce

ingredients
1 1/2 pound boneless beef sirloin steak
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 jar (12 ounce size) beef gravy (fat free is fine)
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash black pepper
directions
Cut steak into equal portions. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook steak over medium high heat to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and keep warm.
In same skillet, cook mushrooms and onion until liquid evaporates. Stir in gravy, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Serve sauce over steak.
