ingredients

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tenderloin steaks

directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.

Prepare barbecue (high heat). Rub spice mixture generously into both sides of steaks. Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Serve hot.
