ingredients
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/4 teaspoon wasabi powder
1 lime, zested and juiced
1 1/2 pound London broil
directions
Preheat broiler or grill.
In bowl, stir together butter, soy, wasabi, 2 tsp. lime zest, 1 TBS lime juice. Season steak with salt and pepper to taste.
Brush London broil with 1 TBS butter mixture. Broil or grill steak 12 minutes or until done, turning once. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Drizzle remaining butter mixture over steak.
Garnish with lime slices.
