Baked Pork Chops with Navy Beans

ingredients
4 pork chops, loin or shoulder
1 can (30 ounce size) beans in tomato sauce
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons ketchup
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown chops lightly. Mix beans and remaining ingredients.
Place in a 9 inch square pan or casserole. Top with chops and bake 1 1/2 hours.

I prepared this recipe as written and it was good, but for me personally I really felt it could use a bit of kick. So I used a can of Rotel (hot) and it was just want I wanted. This one is easy to cook and allows for a bit of personalization.
