- #44339

ingredients
nonstick cooking spray
1/4 cup garlic-herb bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried sage
2 tablespoons low-fat or nonfat mayonnaise
1 egg white
4 boneless pork loin chops (3-4 ounce size)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 12- x 8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish or shallow pan with cooking spray.
In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, and sage. Mix well.
In another shallow bowl, combine mayonnaise and egg white and beat until smooth. Pour the flour into a shallow bowl and dip each pork chop into it, tapping off any excess. Dip each chop into bread crumb mixture, coating both sides.
Place chops in the baking dish in a single layer. Spray each chop lightly with cooking spray. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet. This Italian cheese is so versatile that it can be used in both sweet and savory recipes from cheesecakes to lasagnas.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

A small part of the recipe was left out. Make sure the chops are dry, then dredge in flour. Next, dredge in the mayo/egg mixture. Finally dredge in the breading.
What do you do with the LF Mayo and Egg White in this recipe. It was left out.
Dip the chops into the flour, then the mayo mixture, then the breadcrumbs.
