Ingredients:
10 ounces apricot preserves (jar)
1/4 cup orange juice
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 boneless pork chops

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, stir together preserves, juice, butter, cinnamon and salt. Cook over medium-low heat until butter is melted, stirring occasionally.

Combine pork chops and 3/4 cup preserve mixture in a resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours. Refrigerate remaining preserve mixture.

Preheat grill over medium heat. Remove chops from marinade. Discard marinade.

Grill chops for 5 minutes. Turn. Grill for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.

Meanwhile, heat remaining preserve mixture over medium-low heat until heated through. Serve chops with warmed preserves.
