1 egg, BEATEN WITH
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup bread crumbs
6 tablespoons oil
1 slice lemon

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Dip in egg and milk mixture, then in bread crumbs.
Heat pan on low to medium. Heat oil in pan. Brown pork chops about 6-8 minutes on each side.
Garnish with parsley and lemon slice (used for sprinkling over meat).
