Baked Pork Chops With Potatoes And Gravy

ingredients
6 medium red skin potatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar (12 ounce size) gravy
4 boneless pork loin chops
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange potato slices in sprayed baking dish and top with onion. Pour gravy over potatoes and onion. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Meanwhile, sprinkle both sides of pork chops with garlic pepper blend.
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Place chops in pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until browned.
Place pork chops over potato mixture. Cover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.
