This recipe was easy and good! I didn't even bother browning the pork chops first - just put them in the pan and covered them with the sauce. They came out great - tasty and tender! My husband let me know that he enjoyed them - more then once! I will make again!

The flavor of this recipe is Outstanding!!! The sauce can also be used for gravy and is similar in flavor to tomato gravy which is an old time recipe/favorite of my family.

As a working mom of 2 that are invloved in sports this was a great recipe. I browned the chops the day before and put them in the oven before practice. So when we got home dinner was done.
