INGREDIENTS:

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temp
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Whole Grain Crackers or bread


DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir in salmon. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers or bread
