INGREDIENTS:

1 package (8 oz size) cream cheese
2 teaspoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
4 teaspoons salad dressing or low calorie mayo
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
12 ounces chili sauce or seafood cocktail sauce
1 bunch green onions with green tops - finely minced
2/3 cup peeled, chopped cucumber
3/4 pound shrimp - peeled and cooked
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced Jalapeno peppers - (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Place each layer in a shallow, glass casserole dish or quiche pan.

First (bottom) Layer:

Mix together cream cheese, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, salad dressing, and lemon juice and spread in dish.

Second Layer:

Evenly spread chili sauce over cream cheese mixture.

Remove seeds from cucumbers. Sprinkle onions and cucumbers over second layer.

Dice shrimp and drain on paper towels. Place paper towel on top and gently press to remove excess moisture. Gently sprinkle shrimp over third layer.
