Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

- #10602
Five layers of zesty cream cheese, chili sauce, cool cucumbers, tasty shrimp and Cheddar cheese. Chill well before serving. Great for parties because it is so attractive in the glass dish.
ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese , softened
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 teaspoons salad dressing or low calorie mayo
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
12 ounces chili sauce or seafood cocktail sauce
1 bunch green onions with green tops, finely minced
2/3 cup peeled, chopped, and seeded cucumber
3/4 pound small shrimp, peeled and cooked
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers, (optional)
directions
Use a shallow, wide glass bowl or quiche pan for this recipe.
First (bottom) Layer: Mix together the cream cheese, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, salad dressing or mayo, and lemon juice and spread in dish.
Second Layer: Evenly spread chili sauce over cream cheese mixture.
Third Layer: Sprinkle green onions and cucumbers over second layer.
Fourth Layer: Dice the shrimp and pat dry. Place paper towel on top and gently press to remove excess moisture. Evenly sprinkle shrimp over the third layer.
Fifth Layer: Sprinkle cheese around the edges. If you like hot dishes, place jalapeno peppers in 4-inch circle in center; otherwise, omit them.
Cover and refrigerate. Serve with crackers and spreading knife.

A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

Instead of chopped shrimp I used shredded fake crab (due to a guests food allergy). Turned out delicious! Will definitely make again (with the shrimp next time!)

This was really easy to put together and it tasted fantastic. Everyone wanted to know what kind of dip it was.
