The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

3 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon dried parsley
OR
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 can (16 ounce size) blue crab jumbo lump crab meat
directions
Microwave cream cheese for 1 minute, stir and microwave for 1 more minute. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Drain and rinse crab meat and add to cream cheese, trying not to break up crab pieces. Can cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Either microwave for 5 minutes and stir and microwave for an additional 5 minutes, or bake at 400 degrees F for 20 - 25 minutes until bubbly and brown.
