Blackheath Crabmeat Dip Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 onions very finely chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon bottled horseradish
1 clove garlic -- finely chopped or crushed
1 can crabmeat drained and flaked
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese together with all other ingredients, except the crabmeat.
When well blended, stir in the crabmeat, cover and chill for at least one hour. Serve with corn chips or crackers.
