INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon butter
4 bananas, peeled and sliced in 1-1/4 - inch slides
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup rum

DIRECTIONS:

Melt butter. Place bananas in butter and brown Add sugars and cook 4 - 5 minutes. Add rum and flambe. Serve over ice cream
