Ingredients:
2/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup Minute Rice -- uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup -- undiluted
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 box frozen chopped broccoli -- thawed

Directions:

Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

Microwave on HALF power for 20 minutes or in a conventional oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
