Impossible Broccoli Casserole

ingredients
1 bag (16 ounce size) frozen broccoli, thawed
1 cup bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Place broccoli in casserole dish.
Mix Bisquick with eggs, milk, seasoning and half of the cheese. Turn into a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
Top with remaining cheese and bake at 325 degrees F for one hour or set.

This is great, but over time I have my own tweaks. I add cauliflower and a whole green bell pepper chopped. I do use more cheese, as the base ingredient. Otherwise I follow your base recipe. Thanks for posting.
