Broccoli lima bean casserole combines thawed frozen broccoli and lima beans with creamy mushroom soup and sour cream. A comforting, hearty dish, perfect for a weeknight meal alongside your choice of protein.

10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
10 ounces frozen lima beans, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 package dry onion soup mix
3 cups cooked rice
Mix broccoli, beans, 3/4 of the soup, sour cream, and dry soup mix. Spread in greased baking dish.
Melt 1/2 cup butter; combine with the cooked rice and reserved cream soup. Spread over top of mixture in casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
