This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

1 package (6 ounce size) herb flavored stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can (10 3/4 size) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 3/4 size) cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Toss the stuffing mix with the melted butter in a large bowl. Add the broccoli and soups. Mix well.
Spoon the broccoli mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
