ingredients
3 cans (15 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (10 ounce size) tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 package (8 ounce size) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup cheese cracker crumbs
directions
In a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, green chilies and cheese and mix well. Pour into buttered 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
