18 cups fresh corn, divided
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Place half of the corn in a food processor and process until creamy. Combine the creamed corn with the remaining corn, milk, salt, butter, and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
Pour the creamed corn mixture into a large baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender.
Serve the cream-style corn hot.

Really have enjoyed making this recipe for a few years now. We make a few batches when we harvest our corn and freeze it to enjoy all year! And very easy to make.
