Low Fat Crab Burger

ingredients
1/2 pound imitation crab (substitute real crab if desired)
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon crab seasoning, such as Old Bay
1/2 cup egg substitute
OR
2 eggs
directions
Chop imitation crab coarsely. Combine all ingredients. Form into patties.
Spray both sides with olive or canola oil and grill 4 minutes each side. Serve on a whole-wheat bun with low fat tartar sauce or cocktail sauce, dill pickle and lettuce.

I used celery instead of peppers, and "shore lunch" instead of crab seasoning but it's really good! I might have put the bread crumbs on the outside like a real crab cake, but didn't think of it before adding to my egg mixture.
