Zabaglione Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
18 large egg yolks
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Marsala wine
Directions:
Combine all & cook over double boiler, whisking always. When it reaches a thick ribbon stage it is done, cool over a ice bath.
Serving Ideas : Great for topping bread pudding
