ingredients

1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon crystallized ginger, finely chopped

directions

Add the marmalade to a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until the marmalade has melted. Remove from the heat.

Place the butter in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until whipped and fluffy. Beat in the marmalade, vinegar, and ginger.

Cover the butter mixture and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
