Grilled Chicken and Dipping Sauce

ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Dipping Sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup finely minced fresh herbs (such as rosemary and parsley or basil and parsley)
directions
Combine olive oil with garlic and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for 30 minutes.
Grill breasts about 3 minutes on each side or until just firm to the touch. Do not overcook or chicken will be dry. Cool and cut into bite-size pieces. Serve with dipping sauce.
