4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
3/4 cup cornbread crumbs
1 teaspoon dried sage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place in a baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until juices run clear.
In a bowl, combine mustard and oil. In another bowl, combine crumbs and herbs.
Preheat broiler. Set rack 6 inches from heat. Brush half of mustard on chicken and sprinkle on crumbs. Broil until brown, then turn chicken and repeat on other side.
