A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

I used pre-shredded cabbage for coleslaw and dried cherries instead of raisins (don't care for raisins)
My version uses coleslaw mix, drained pineapple tidbits, crasins and mayo...simple and delicious:

This recipe was so simple. I upped the mayo a bit and added candied walnuts. I served it on bbq shredded chicken sandwiches. The tang of the bbq sauce and the sweet of the salad was a great combo. It was yummy.
I was a hit at home with this recipe. My wife just loved it and so did I. She stated it was the best cole slaw she has ever tasted. I added the pinion nuts as suggested and it was great!
