ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing (can use reduced fat versions)
1 tablespoon honey
1 package (16 ounce size) coleslaw mix
2 medium apples (preferably 1 red and 1 green), chopped
directions
Mix the mayo or salad dressing and honey in large bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Chill for at least 1 hour.

Easy to make and everyone loved it! I added Broccoli Slaw to a 12 oz bag of Coleslaw and it gave it even more color and good taste for 12 servings.
