Basil Turkey Burgers With Sun-Dried Tomato Mayo

ingredients
Mayo
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, snipped (not oil packed)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Turkey Patties
1/4 cup fat free milk
2 tablespoons white onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fine dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon fresh basil, snipped
12 ounces raw ground turkey
1 pinch salt
1 pinch coarse ground black pepper
Assembly
4 lettuce leaves
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
directions
For Mayo: In a small mixing bowl, pour enough boiling water over tomatoes to cover. Let stand for 10 minutes. Drain well and pat dry.
Mix together tomatoes and mayo. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
For Turkey Patties: Mix together all ingredients and form into patties. Grill to desired doneness.
Assemble your burgers on the buns with the lettuce, top with the sun-dried tomato mayo, and enjoy.
