Easy Cheesy Shrimp Dip

ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can (10 ounce size) tomatoes and green chilies
1 pound American cheese, cubed
1 can (4.5 ounce size) cocktail shrimp, drained
1 dash cayenne pepper
tortilla chips
directions
Saute onion in oil until translucent. Stir in tomatoes and green chilies. Heat to steaming.
Add cheese cubes and cook over low heat until cheese is smooth and melted. Stir in shrimp and pepper.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
