ingredients
1/2 cup ground red pepper
1/3 cup paprika
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground fenugreek
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
directions
Oven set to 300 degrees F.
Mix all the ingredients well in a cake pan and roast in oven 20 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes watch carefully and stir more often during last 10 minutes.
Cool and store in sealed container in refrigerator or freezer.
