2 cups diced cooked carrots
1 pound ground beef
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1 small onion, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place in well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour.
