2 slices bread, torn into pieces 1 egg 1/2 cup water 1 small onion, quartered 1 stalk celery, chopped 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 pounds ground beef
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the bread, egg, water, onion, celery, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a blender. Process until the vegetables are finely chopped.
Place the ground beef in a large bowl. Add the processed vegetable mixture and mix well with your hands to combine.
Place the meatloaf in an ungreased loaf pan. Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
Let cool for 5 minutes then slice and serve.
