The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
4 (8-inch) tortillas
1 cup refried beans (optional)
1 1/2 cup salsa
1 1/2 cup chicken breast strips or ground beef cooked and seasoned for tacos
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
directions
In a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate place one tortilla. Spread with 1/3 cup beans and 1/3 cup salsa. Sprinkle evenly with 1/2 cup of meat, 1/3 cup of corn, 1/4 cup of cheese and 2 tablespoons of green onions. Repeat layering twice ending with tortilla shell. Spread with remaining salsa. Top with remaining green onions and cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot.
