4 (8-inch) tortillas 1 cup refried beans (optional) 1 1/2 cup salsa 1 1/2 cup chicken breast strips or ground beef cooked and seasoned for tacos 1 cup frozen corn, thawed 1 cup shredded cheese 1/2 cup chopped green onions
In a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate place one tortilla. Spread with 1/3 cup beans and 1/3 cup salsa. Sprinkle evenly with 1/2 cup of meat, 1/3 cup of corn, 1/4 cup of cheese and 2 tablespoons of green onions. Repeat layering twice ending with tortilla shell. Spread with remaining salsa. Top with remaining green onions and cheese.
