Creamy Crab Casserole

ingredients
8 ounces crab meat
8 ounces cooked sea shell pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup Cheddar cheese
4 ounces Havarti cheese
1/3 cup sliced green onions
salt and pepper to taste
paprika to taste
directions
Cook butter, flour and milk over medium heat until thick. Stir in cheeses and stir until melted. Mix in pasta, onions, and crab meat.
Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with spices. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until bubbly.

This recipe really turned out well and was pretty easy to put together. It's VERY rich! I used fresh crab meat, as well. The havarti cheese gave it a wonderul creamy tast. I doubled the recipe for a New Year's dinner party, but the single recipe makes plenty for 4 even though is says for 2. Enjoy...you won't be sorry!
