4 chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 jar salsa, your favorite brand
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons sour cream
directions
Place chicken in a 8x8 baking dish. Cover with salsa. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Top with cheese and broil during last 5 minutes of baking time to brown cheese.
Garnish with sour cream and more salsa. Serve with corn or flour tortillas.
