Very fast to prepare. It tastes incredibly good, and the family loved it. Leftovers will be great in sandwiches for fast meals later.

In a word: Delicious! The crispy breading on the chicken is very tasty. The mustard-mayo sauce was a nice addition too.

This recipe reminds me so much of a chicken dish that my mom used to make when we were kids. I never got her recipe but I would say this is very close. It's always a favorite.
