Simple to make and simply delicious. Ranch dressing mix, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese form a tangy crust on baked pork chops or chicken breast. Quick weeknight meal with some rice and veggies.

1 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix
1 cup Italian bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
8 boneless chicken breasts or pork chops
In a shallow dish combine dressing mix, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Dip chicken or pork chops in butter then roll in crumb mixture.
Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

Great flavor with sprinkling some cheese on top before baking. I cooked thin cut boneless pork chops for 20 minutes but maybe they needed a couple more minutes because I microwave them for another 20 seconds. I just learning how to cook and this was easy.

This was an easy recipe and I really liked being able to prepare it ahead. I sprinkled the parmesan on top of the coated chicken pieces which gave it a little crunch. Thanks.

This is to DIE FOR on pork chops! Very simple. Just a note though unless you're using really thick pork chops you probably don't want to cook them for 45 minutes. Mine weren't that thick and it was maybe 25 minutes until they were done. Just watch them.

Its pretty good, i tried it with chicken, it was very moist and tender, but i found the breading made it a little too dry. AND I would add a little more of the ranch packet than what the recipe calls for. But still good.

Yummy and Easy! Tried this with pork chops. I used non-stick aluminum foil to ensure crispiness and clean-up ease.
