ingredients
1 cup cubed chicken, turkey or tuna
1 cup grated carrot
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped finely
1/2 cup mayonnaise-type salad dressing
2 ounces shoe-string potatoes
directions
Mix chicken, turkey or tuna, carrot, onion, celery and mayo-dressing well. Chill overnight.
Just before serving add shoe-string potatoes. Toss.
