INGREDIENTS:
2 1/4 cups eggnog, chilled
3/4 cup heavy cream, chilled
1/2 cup light rum
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 bottles (7 ounce size) lime lemon carbonated beverage
DIRECTIONS:
In blender, mix the eggnog, heavy cream, chilled rum, lemon juice. Whirl 15 seconds, then divide mixture between champagne glasses.
Into each, pour about 1/4 cup of the lime lemon soda to foam the drink into a snowball. Serve with short straws.
