If you like Tootsie Roll candies then this cocktail is for you. It's made with equal parts Kahlua and orange liqueur (and garnished with a real Tootsie Roll).
1 part kahlua
1 part orange liqueur
ice
tootsie roll candy, for garnish
Combine the kahlua and orange liqueurs in a shaker with ice.
Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a tootsie roll candy.
Tastes almost exactly like the candy!

I experimented a little with this drink to get the proportions right. I found that cointreau worked the best for the orange liqueur (triple sec just didn't have enough orange flavor). If you want less alcohol in the drink you can use a pulp-free orange juice. It is a sweet drink and definitely packs a punch!
