INGREDIENTS:

1 package (10 ounce size) frozen raspberries
1 bottle (fifth size) champagne
1 tablespoon lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:

Puree raspberries in blender and strain. Add lemon juice and chill until well in refrigerator.

At serving time, stir to blend and add 2 to 3 Tb. raspberry puree to each glass, with champagne. Stir gently.
