1 bottle (1.5-liter size) light summer white wine, chilled
1 bottle (1-liter size) sparkling water, chilled
1 lemon, thinly sliced
directions
Fill each glass almost half full of wine, top off with sparkling water, and add a slice of lemon.
Light summer wines: Pinot Grigio, Fume Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc or Riesling.
