ingredients
5 ice cubes
1 part vodka
1 part creme de cacao
1 part light cream
directions
Put the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour the vodka, creme de cacao and cream over the ice. Shake until a frost forms, strain and pour into a sour glass.
Variation: To make a Gin Alexander, replace the vodka with gin and halve the quantity of creme de cacao.
