Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

A refreshing pink cocktail made with orange liqueur, pineapple juice, coconut rum, and a splash of grenadine, topped off with chilled champagne. Serve for a casual gathering or special occasion.

1 cup ice cubes
6 tablespoons orange liqueur
6 tablespoons pineapple juice
6 tablespoons coconut rum
1 tablespoon grenadine
1 bottle (750-m1 size) chilled champagne
Place first 5 ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake 15 seconds, then strain cocktail into individual Champagne glasses, dividing equally (generous 3 tablespoons each).
Divide Champagne among glasses and serve.

We served these at my sister's bridal shower and they were really good. Even my grandma asked for a second one!! (we cut her off after that)
