A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
Spiked Blended Lemonade

ingredients
3 cups vodka
2 cups frozen lemonade concentrate, unthawed
8 cups ice cubes
fresh mint sprigs
directions
Combine half the vodka, half the lemonade concentrate and half the ice cubes in blender. Blend until just smooth but still slushy consistency.
Pour into a large pitcher. Repeat with remaining vodka, lemonade and ice. Add to the same pitcher.
This can be made 6 hours ahead. Cover and freeze.
Whisk lemonade gently. Do not blend again. Pour into tall glasses. Garnish with mint and serve.
