The Sidecar is a classic cocktail made with Brandy (or Cognac), Cointreau, and fresh lemon juice. Dress it up by serving with a lemon twist in a sugar-rimmed glass.

1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce Cointreau liqueur
1 ounce brandy
ice
Combine the lemon juice, cointreau, and brandy in a shaker with ice. Shake well to mix then strain into a martini glass. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
