1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
1/3 cup chocolate liqueur (e.g., Godiva)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 large banana, frozen
1 pint vanilla bean ice cream, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream
directions
Put banana unpeeled in the freezer for 1 hour before making.
Put both liqueurs, cocoa powder and ice cream in a blender. Peel frozen banana and cut into 1 inch pieces and add to blender. Blend until smooth.

A mudslide generally calls for coffee ice cream, but the vanilla bean ice cream adds a richness. By freezing the banana it acts like ice cubes only doesn't dilute the shake.
