1 jigger Kahlua
1 jigger Sambuca
1 jigger Bailey's Irish Cream
1 jigger Blue Curacao
directions
Pour the Kahlua into a warmed cocktail glass. Gently pour 1/2 jigger of Sambuca over the back of a spoon into the cocktail glass to create 2 layers.
Pour the Baileys and blue Curacao into 2 shot glasses. Pour the remaining Sambuca into a warmed wine glass and carefully set the Sambuca alight with a long match.
Pour into the cocktail glass with care. Pour the Baileys and Curacao simultaneously into the flaming cocktail glass. Serve with a straw.
